CyberHost Technologies LLP ("we", "us") operates the brands THECYBERHOST, CYBERBASE and CONVRLY. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), your area of interest and your message. Our server also records the date, time and IP address of the submission for security purposes.
Only to respond to your enquiry, share information about the service or course you asked about, and follow up by phone, WhatsApp or email. We do not sell your data.
Our internal team, and service providers we use to run our operations (such as email, hosting, CRM and WhatsApp Business messaging), who process it on our behalf.
For as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent to further contact, at any time by emailing info@thecyberhostacademy.com or replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message from us.
We use HTTPS, access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
